COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri football picked up a verbal commitment from a prime local prospect on Friday.
Keenan Harris, a two-way St. Ïã¸ÛÈý¼¶Æ¬ University High star seen as a defensive player at the collegiate level, announced his intent to play for the Tigers.Â
He was a Post-Dispatch second-team All-Metro selection in 2024 on an eight-win Jr. Billikens team. Harris led SLUH with 108 tackles, a whopping 26 of which were for a loss. He also notched three interceptions, two sacks and two fumble recoveries — plus 328 receiving yards and three touchdowns on offense.
Harris is ranked by 247Sports as a three-star prospect and fourth-best 2026 recruit in the state. He stands 6-1, 210 pounds.Â
Harris' commitment once again gives MU two in the 2026 recruiting cycle following two decommitments last week. Pennsylvania quarterback Gavin Sidwar is also committed to the Tigers.
